These terms apply to your use of the Growth Counseling website. Information on this website is for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for individualized mental health care.

Availability and Support

Submitting a consultation request, calling, or emailing Growth Counseling does not establish a therapist-client relationship or guarantee an appointment. A consultation gives us an opportunity to discuss your needs, clinician availability, and the appropriate next steps for intake.

This website and its contact form are not emergency services. If you are in immediate danger or have a medical emergency, call 911. For immediate emotional or crisis support, call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

Good Faith Estimate Notice

If you do not have health insurance or are not using insurance to pay for care, you generally have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of scheduled medical and mental health services.

You can request an estimate before scheduling or during your care. Providers generally must supply one when you request it or schedule care at least three business days in advance. The deadline for receiving it depends on when you request or schedule services.

If a bill from a provider is at least $400 more than that provider’s Good Faith Estimate, you may qualify for the federal patient-provider dispute resolution process. Generally, you must start that process within 120 calendar days of the date on the initial bill.

Keep a copy or photo of your estimate and any related bills. For more information about your rights and the dispute process, visit CMS’s No Surprises website.
