Insurance & payment

Insurance plans and benefits vary. Please call the customer service number on your insurance card to understand your mental health benefits. Payment is due at the time of service, and assistance with bill submission is available.

HSA and FSA payments are accepted, and sliding scale is available. Growth Counseling accepts the insurance plans below. Out-of-network itemized receipts may be available for possible reimbursement.

Cancellation policy

Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are billed $80. Health insurance does not cover missed-appointment fees. Emergencies and unforeseen events may be considered case by case.
