CARE FOR WHAT YOU’RE CARRYING

Support for the things
that feel hard to name.

Your experience is individual. Find support for the concerns below, with hybrid sessions in El Paso and telehealth throughout Texas.

01

OCD

Struggling with repeated, unwanted thoughts or feeling driven to check, seek reassurance, or repeat routines? OCD can involve intrusive thoughts, images, or urges, along with physical or mental rituals that briefly ease distress. It is more than being organized or liking things a certain way.

Therapy can help you understand this cycle and build a different response to uncertainty. Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) involves gradually facing triggers while practicing not engaging in compulsions, with support and a pace tailored to you.

02

Anxiety

Does your mind keep returning to what could go wrong? Anxiety can show up as persistent worry, tension, restlessness, or avoiding situations that feel overwhelming. It may make it harder to relax, connect with others, or feel present in everyday life.

Together, we can explore what fuels your worry and practice coping skills that help you respond to stress and move toward the things that matter to you.

03

Depression

Feeling low, disconnected, or no longer interested in things you once enjoyed? Depression can affect your energy, motivation, relationships, and how you see yourself. You do not need to have the right words for what you are experiencing to reach out.

Therapy offers space to talk honestly, understand patterns, and work toward manageable steps that support connection and everyday well-being.

04

Trauma

Difficult experiences can continue to affect how safe you feel, how you connect with others, and how you respond to everyday situations. You may notice distressing memories, feeling on edge, or wanting to avoid reminders of what happened.

Our work makes room for safety, choice, and coping skills. We can discuss approaches such as EMDR and what feels appropriate for your needs, without pressure to share everything at once.

05

Relationships

Feeling caught in the same arguments, struggling to communicate, or growing distant from someone you care about? Relationship challenges can leave you feeling unheard, frustrated, or unsure how to reconnect.

Individual or couples counseling can help you explore recurring patterns, express your needs, set boundaries, and practice more constructive communication. We work with you to clarify what a healthier relationship looks like for you.

06

Life transitions

Change can bring uncertainty, pressure, and grief even when it is welcome. We can make space for what this moment is asking of you.
